While traveling Koh Samui, Thailand, I was on the hunt for the perfect chili sauce. I love my food spicy and even in Thailand found myself asking for extra heat in my food.
I was lucky enough to become friends with many on the staff at Poppies resort in Koh Samui. While I was there one of the girls taught me her favorite Chili Sauce recipe that I’d like to share with you.
- Hot Red Thai Chili (2-3 chopped)
- Green Thai Chili (2-3 chopped), the green chili is the same as the red but younger so not as hot</li >
- Garlic (1-2 cloves chopped small)
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Fish Sauce to taste
Stir together and enjoy
Use as a table garnish to compliment food for your heat loving family and friends!
